Dispatch and collection
A post dispatch:
Where?
-The delivery of our articles only to Switzerland or Lichtenstein. Shipping to other countries is unfortunately not possible due to the legal situation regarding CBD and THC.
How?
-Method of dispatch: by A Mail with Swiss Post
-If you want to receive the goods only against registered mail, please note this in the remarks to the order and we will send your parcel against signature.
-All shipping from our online shop is for You completely free of shipping costs!
When?
-Orders until 16:00 are dispatched on the same day and are usually with you the following day.
-Delivery at weekends: Swiss Post also delivers on Saturdays. Orders placed by Friday 16:00 are usually delivered by Swiss Post the following day. No parcels are delivered on Sunday.
Collection on site:
You are also welcome to order the goods pick up at the office at Strickstrasse 1 in 8610 Uster come. We are always happy to receive visitors 🙂 Please select the shipping method «collection from stock» and contact us directly to arrange a collection time. We usually have all products in stock at the office, but to be on the safe side (especially for larger orders) please contact us in advance. This allows us to have the products delivered to the office from production if necessary.

-Purchase in advance is possible and free of charge.

-Purchase on account is possible with a Order value up to 225 possible and free of charge. When purchasing on account, please enter the Invoice number as payment purpose This will make our bookkeeping easier. Thank you very much
-orders with a Orders over 225.- on invoice are automatically processed as prepayment. You will find the account details for the bank transfer in the order confirmation or in the top section of the website. (We reserve the right to refuse purchase on account if there is a suspicion of misuse or other uncertainties).
